Day 01: Delhi
Arrival in New Delhi International Airport, meet and greet by Explore Tourismo representative and transfer to your hotel. After freshen-up if you are hungry you can TAKE your lunch in some nice restaurant or else you can directly visit to visit Akshardham Temple. Come back from their visit India gate. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 02: Delhi – Srinagar
In Morning after a delicious breakfast, transferred from the hotel to the airport to take flight for Srinagar. On arrival meet and greet our representative and transfer to houseboats. After some rest on the houseboat, then get ready to explore the dal lake, enjoy the Shikhara ride. Dal Lake is Srinagar’s jewel. Flotillas of gaily painted shikaras skiff around the lake, transporting the goods to market, children from the school, the floating flower, vegetable market, and travelers. Dinner and overnight stay at houseboat.
Day 03: Srinagar
After breakfast in hotel , get ready to explore the famous Mughal Garden date to the Mughal Era, Shalimar Gardens built for Nur Jahan by her Husband, Jehangir and the CheshmaShahi (The Royal Spring) built by Shah Jahan in 1636 AD, Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure) is more immediately impressive with steeper terracing and a lake facing panorama. Round off the trip with a visit to the Oriental Kashmir Carpet factory. After lunch explore half day sightseeing of Srinagar visiting the Hari Parbat Fort, Jama Masjid (this mighty 1672 mosque forms a quadrangle around a large garden courtyard with fountain and monumental spired gatehouses marking the four cardinal directions). Return hotel for dinner and overnight stay on Houseboat.
Day 04: Srinagar- Sonamarg Excursion
After breakfast drive to Sonamarg. Sonamarg is the last major town before Ladakh and an excellent base for trekking. Also known as “Meadow of Gold” suitably enticing for an upland valley surrounded by soaring, sharpened peaks and sound of music Scenery. In the evening return to Srinagar’s hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel/Houseboat.
Day 05: Srinagar- Gulmarg
In the morning after breakfast proceed for a picturesque Gulmarg. It is exquisitely situated in a pine surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level and one of the most famous tourist destinations of Kashmir. It also has one of the world’s highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a clubhouse, which is a historical building in its own right. But in winter Gulmarg comes into its own as a ski center, famed for its perfect high altitude powder. Later return to the hotel for overnight stay. OPTIONAL – One can enjoy a Gondola ride or Horse ride at Gulmarg. Overnight stay at hotel in Gulmarg.
Day 06: Gulmarg- Pahalgam
After breakfast at the hotel, drive back from Gulmarg to Pahalgam, en-route visit Saffron fields of Pampora, see the beautiful countryside, lots of rice fields and Awantipura ruins on the way. Overnight stay at hotel in Pahalgam
Day 07: Pahalgam
Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) – It is a resort set in a pristine village lying next to the Lidder and seshang Rivers tumble down picturesque, deep cut mountains valleys covered with giant conifers. It is situated at an altitude of 2,130 m above sea level and has a golf course at 2400 meters above the sea level. The nearby forested slopes are home to the Himalayan brown bear. After having your lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to have a walk and taken out your cameras to capture the picture of the magnificent view of mountains. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam. OPTIONAL – One can enjoy Horse ride at Pahalgam.
Day 08: Pahalgam – Srinagar-Delhi
In the morning transferred to Srinagar airport in time to board a flight to back to Delhi. On arrival transfer to pre-booked Hotel. After freshen-up visit New Delhi including Birla Mandir, India Gate, President house and evening at leisure. Overnight Stay.
Day 09: Delhi Departure
In the morning take a delicious breakfast and after the wonderful tour, departed to the international airport to fly back to your destination.
